How We Work

NewBridge stands above its competition with its deliberate, customer-focused and results-oriented business model. Our services consist of two stages:

The Pre-Contract Stage

  • An introductory meeting is organized between one of NewBridge’s executive officers and the “candidate client”, during which we listen, understand and record the issues facing our potential customer.
  • Both parties’ technical teams come together to complete the NewBridge survey form and formulate alternative solutions to the problems present in the report of the previous meeting.
  • A “tailor-made solution” is identified through consensus.
  • A “Short and Medium Term Action Plan” is defined, again through joint deliberation.
  • Formulation of the final action plan
  • Parties sign the “Non-disclosure Agreement”.

The Post-Contract Stage

  • Prospective customers officially become one of NewBridge’s clients after the Non-disclosure Agreement is signed.
  • NewBridge forms a separate working group for each client. A standard working group consists of three members: one Executive Partner, one Client Manager responsible for coordination, and one junior consultant. A subject matter expert may be included at the request of the client.
  • Our technical team conducts a “Gap Analysis” session with the client in order to determine the “gaps” from their current circumstances to their intended goals.
  •  “Instant Brief Notes” are prepared and sent to clients on economic, political and social developments of sectoral, local, regional and global scale.
  • “Relations Management Strategies” are prepared in order to ensure healthy and sustainable lines of communication between our clients and relevant public institutions. These documents are continually modified and enhanced as conditions necessitate. The main purpose of these strategies is to demonstrate the optimal methods of interaction with appropriate decision-makers.
  • Similar management guidelines are prepared on relations with civil society organizations and other stakeholders.
  • At Newbridge, our clients’ reputations is of the utmost priority. We actively pursue efforts with our clients to enhance their prestige.
  • NewBridge plans the time and place of its clients’ engagements with relevant public and private bodies, and fulfills all necessary formal procedures both before and after appointments.
